Affiliate / Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions Approved Marketing Assets means Company-provided logos, product names, and copy explicitly designated for affiliate use. Qualified Purchase means a first-time purchase by a new customer that arrives via your tracking link and complies with Terms.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment Participation subject to approval; no self-dealing; new customers only.

3. Brand Use & Marketing Standards No human/animal use claims; use only approved assets; no false claims.

4. Research-Use-Only Compliance Products for research/testing only; no medical or dosing claims.

5. FTC Disclosures Required clear affiliate disclosures; honest endorsements.

6. Payouts, Tiers & Threshold $0–$4,999 = 10%; $5,000–$14,999 = 15%; $15,000+ = 20%. Tiers are based on money earned, and you must contact [email protected] to be reviewed, and permanently increased to the next tier for future payouts. You will be offered other opportunities and special accommodations such as marketing material, co-branding, etc.  Minimum payout threshold = $500; unpaid balances are forfeited upon termination.

7. Payment Method & Timing Paid via manual bank credit OR Stripe on 14th and 28th each month. You will be contacted for setup once you reach $500 in earned payouts.

8. Prohibited Conduct No misrepresentation, spam, fraud, or reputational harm. We are a chemical supply company and we do not prescribe, diagnose or provide medical advice or products.

9. Violations; Suspension & Termination Immediate termination for violations; unpaid earnings forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property & DMCA All IP owned by Company; DMCA notices accepted.

11. Indemnification Affiliate indemnifies Company against claims arising from conduct, content, or violations.

12. Warranties; Disclaimers; Liability Program provided “as-is”; liability limited to commissions paid in preceding month.

13. Miscellaneous Independent contractor status; Program may change; governed by State law

14. Inactivity: PeptideLabsX reserves the right to terminate this program, affiliates, or referrals at anytime for non-activity greater than 90 days. Any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
